Self-generation of solar energy is on the rise, and the path toward sustainability is gaining momentum
Euronda is taking another step forward on our path to environmental sustainability, by significantly upgrading the solar power system installed on the roof of our company headquarters.
This is an important initiative that is part of a broader vision of energy efficiency and responsible growth. The aim is to continue investing in concrete solutions that can reduce CO₂ emissions into the environment.
More panels, more sustainable energy
The expansion project was completed in 2026 and involved the solar power system on the roof of the company headquarters. The layout has been completely reorganized to make the most of the available space and allow for the installation of new modules.
The result is a total capacity of 705.67 kWp. This is a significant increase of 70% compared to the previous system, and represents a new, tangible investment in the environment.
Renewable energy and self-generation: a winning formula
The expansion of the photovoltaic system is part of a corporate initiative that began some time ago. Since 2020, Euronda has been using only energy from renewable sources, thanks to a contract with Dolomiti Energia for the supply of certified 100% renewable energy, produced primarily from hydroelectric sources.
This decision continues to yield tangible results. In 2025 alone, by using 100% renewable energy, Euronda prevented the release of 489.02 tonnes of CO₂ into the atmosphere.
