Euronda will not take part in IDS 2021

After taking part in x consecutive events and following several weeks of discussions and doubts about safety and the ability to meet customers and suppliers and to present projects, Euronda has decided not to take part in IDS 2021.

For Euronda, the International Dental Show has always been an unmissable event. The opportunity that the fair offers, to meet with the rest of the world’s dental community, is truly unique. Unfortunately, the current pandemic and overwhelming levels of infection worldwide present a scenario that offers no certainty about being able to travel and meet.

Euronda intends to prioritise its core objective—”it’s all about protection”—instead of jeopardising the health and well-being of its staff and others. At the same time, we have always believed that the best business relationships are built on handshakes and smiles, chats over coffee and tasty Italian snacks. All gestures made impossible by the current situation. Hence why this decision has been made. 

The decision should not be considered a surrender. We strongly believe in recovering and building a future where protection and the strength of our relationships will be even more crucial. The ultimate wish of the entire Euronda group is to be able to welcome you to our headquarters from Summer 2021. We want to continue investing in relationships and communicating with our customers, to introduce you to our company and our new headquarters, to let you see for yourself the innovative manufacturing and our ongoing investment in processes, products and human resources, and, finally, to welcome you to our city, Vicenza, in the Veneto region.

While it is not easy to inform you of our decision to bow out of IDS 2021, there are two things we are sure about. Firstly, we will meet again at IDS 2023 with fresh enthusiasm, the desire to meet others and an even greater determination to discuss and compare. Secondly, we look forward to inviting you to our new premises as soon as the situation permits.
