Euronda Pro System expands its range of sterilization devices with Eurosafe Smart, the new multifunctional benchtop tank designed to optimise and automate the cleansing and disinfection of instruments.
Eurosafe Smart cleans, disinfects, and dries instruments in one fast, automated, repeatable and traceable process. Compared to manual washing, Eurosafe Smart’s automated washing guarantees:

Used in combination with Sanifizer Automatic, the multi-enzymatic detergent and disinfectant with high efficiency and low environmental impact, Eurosafe Smart combines the effectiveness of ultrasonic washing with cleansing and disinfection of the load, ensuring maximum compatibility with materials and meeting the requirements of EN ISO 15883.
Automatic, clinic-friendly cleaning
Eurosafe Smart represents a cutting-edge solution for all clinics wishing to improve the instrument cleaning process. With a maximum height of only 78 cm with the lid open, it is suitable for any working environment, offering high performance without compromising the space available. The 10-litre tank with two load levels optimises space and can accommodate a full load of a 24-litre autoclave.
With a choice of 3 pre-set programmes and 6 ultrasonic washing cycles, it offers maximum flexibility to suit specific needs.
In all pre-set washing cycles, it is possible to set a half load, optimising time and consumption, and the ECO mode which reduces detergent consumption while leaving the cleaning performance unchanged.
In addition, some cycle parameters can be customised (temperature, washing duration, drying and detergent quantity)
The practical 4.3” touch screen display allows cycles to be started quickly. With Eurosafe Smart, each cycle is traced digitally: data can be saved on USB or transferred to a PC via Ethernet connection and managed through E-Data and E-Memory software.
Every step of the process is fully automated. In addition, the anti-waste dosing system autonomously takes the right amount of Sanifizer Automatic, avoiding waste and ensuring maximum effectiveness. The integrated softener monitors the resin regeneration and issues an alert if the salt needs to be refilled, while the forced air drying system uses hot air to eliminate any water residue, improving the quality of the final result.
Sanifizer Automatic: the disinfectant for dental and surgical instruments
Sanifizer Automatic is the multi-enzymatic disinfectant and detergent from the Sanifizer line, developed to ensure deep and safe cleaning of surgical instruments and medical devices, with a focus on the environment.
The combination of a biocide complex and encapsulated enzymes ensures an effective cleansing and disinfecting action, ensuring broad compatibility with different materials, including stainless steel, aluminium, polypropylene, PVC, polystyrene, Teflon and polycarbonates.
Its neutral pH formulation, free of chlorine, alcohol, phenols or aldehydes, makes it ideal for even the most delicate materials, preventing oxidative and corrosive effects.
Used in combination with Eurosafe Smart, Sanifizer Automatic is developed to be effective in low concentrations (0.5%) and makes it possible to perform up to 20 cycles with a single bottle. The interchangeable cartridge system, made of recycled plastic and housed in the practical space-saving front compartment, not only simplifies refilling, but ensures intuitive and safe use for the operator, avoiding liquid leakage.
